Production of foodstuffs under the brand “FIRMA MOKA” is related to the processing of wild and agricultural raw materials and to the production of quick-frozen products.
Our company owns a sufficient material and technical base allowing increasing the purchase volume of the raw material, processing it and producing delicious and high quality foodstuffs.
The material and technical base includes:
- specialized low temperature plant, total area is 2 934,3 m2
- plant for burgundy snails and mushrooms in brine production, total area is 2 433 m2
- storehouses, total area is 2 294 m2
The low temperature plant “FIRMA MOKA” specialized for wild mushrooms, wild berries, vegetables and fruits processing allows to produce up to 21 600 tons of quick-frozen products annually or 48 millions packages of products, as well as to store more than 1000 tons of products at the same time.
