Without preliminary defrosting frozen berries can be used for preparation of compotes, kissels, jams, mousses, jelly, cocktails, juice, fruit fillings. Frozen berries are source of vitamins and mineral salts and keep natural taste, colour and odour. Defrosting and refreezing during storage is not allowed.
